The PORTWEST PWR collection is constructed from Portwest Extreme, a premium high performance waterproof and breathable fabric. Using state-of-the-art technology, the base fabric has been engineered to provide a technical barrier against the elements. This provides the maximum waterproof, breathable and windproof protection, which far exceeds the current highest requirements.

WATERPROOF over 10,000mm  -  EXTREME WATERPROOFNESS - Portwest Extreme achieves over 10,000mm Hydrostatic head, equivalent to over 10 meters of water colum. (ISO 811:2018 Determlination of resistance to water penetration. Hydrostatic pressure test) BREATHABILITY over 15,000g/m2/24hrs  -  WORK HARD IN COMFORT - The higher the g/m2/24 hours the more breathable the fabric is. (JIS L1099:2012 Method B1 Water vapour permeability) Portwest Extreme achieves the highest rated breathability levels.

TEXPEL SPLASH:   Extreme water resistance. Water repellent finish. Water beads away from the fabric surface repels dirt and helps prevent stains. Allows for garment breathability. Enhanced stain removal.

• Small:  100mm wide (approx). Usually for left or right breast on the front of garments. 
• Large:  230mm wide (approx). Usually for large areas/on the backs of garments.
• Prices are per text/logo and per position.
• Minimum Qty for caps: 12
• Embroidered logos above 20,000 stitches will incur extra fees due to the significant extra costs and time incurred to produce them. You will be contacted should this apply to your logo. Extra costs will be worked out based on each individual logo that this applies to.
• You will be advised if a garment is not suitable for printing or embroidery.

Embroidery

We offer an embroidery service to have your garments branded with stitched logos or text. This process is an extremely popular choice for high quality, visible branding onto the products of your choice. Stitching embroidery is the perfect option for office uniform, corporate clothing and general office wear. The process of stitching can however interfere with specialised garment properties, such as flame retardant and waterproofing. Printed Logos and Text

As an alternative to embroidery, we also offer high quality printed logos and text. This process will provide a sharp professional finish and is suitable for most garments.  Printed logos cannot be added to fleeces as the material will be damaged during the heat sealing process.
