This excellent waterproof garment is made from Sealtex Fabric which is tear resistant, anti fungal, oil, fat, diesel and grease resistant. A truly quality garment. These lightweight, extremely waterproof over trousers offer exceptional value and should form part of every outdoor workers wardrobe. The roomy fit means layering is straight forward and your own trousers can be worn comfortably underneath. The elasticated waist allows you to move and stretch without restriction and stud adjustable hem maintains a secure fit around the top of working boots. A perfect match when worn with S450 Jacket.

This exclusive range not only offers outstanding value for money, but a guarantee that it will keep you warm and dry in all conditions. The welded seams guarantee rain and wind are locked out and the durable stretchy fabric can easily be wiped clean, allowing the garments to look good and last for longer.

SEALTEX FABRIC TESTING Portwest conducts extensive testing on the Sealtex range to ensure it meets and exceeds EN343 waterproof standard. They use SATRA test house to perform hydrolysis and hydrostatic test on Sealtex fabric.
The material is hydrolysed at a temperature of 120 degrees for 7.5 hours. It is then flexed 100,000 times according to SATRA TM25:1992 and reviewed for cracking in fabric. No cracking indicates a high performance fabric. Sealtex fabric consistantly achieves top results in this test.
Hydrostatic testing indicates resistance to water penetration. SATRA's recommendation are waterproof garments should exceed a level of 300cm. Portwest Sealtex achieves 500+
The hydro static test is conducted with a rate of increase of water pressure equal to 60cm/minute at room temperature. FABRIC: High Technology PU Coating on a flexible tricot knit. 100% Polyester. Total weight 200g

If you think there is a fault with the items you have received please email us first. Please do not return faulty items until we have contacted you.

This process is an extremely popular choice for high quality, visible branding onto the products of your choice. Stitching embroidery is the perfect option for office uniform, corporate clothing and general office wear. The process of stitching can however interfere with specialised garment properties, such as flame retardant and waterproofing. In this situation, please see below as a printed option would be more suitable to your requirement. If you have any queries please don't hesitate to speak to one of our experts.

As an alternative to embroidery, we also offer high quality printed logos and text. This process will provide a sharp professional finish and is suitable for most garments.
