Returns Policy

We are happy to take returns

Total Workwear operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery.  We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for any garments that have been personalised with embroidered or printed text or logos.

Faulty Products
If you think there is a fault with the items you have received please email us first. Please do not return faulty items until we have contacted you.

Exchanging goods: To exchange goods you must return the incorrect item by clicking on the CLICK HERE link below. You should then reorder your required alternative product/size from this website as normal. Once we have received your returned items we will issue a refund for the value of the goods returned.
