We are happy to take returns
Total Workwear operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.
NOTE: Unfortunately, we cannot exchange garments that have been personalised with embroidered or printed text or logos.
Items must be unworn and (in our opinion) in perfect condition and packed carefully in the original packaging.
Proof of posting should be obtained.
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Your original postage cost will not be refunded unless we have made a mistake or the goods are faulty.
If the return is due to faulty goods or an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges.
