UK DELIVERY Delivery will be by: Royal Mail (First Class Should be next day) or DHL (Usually Next Day) Delivery charges start at £1.25 The maximum you will pay for any order will be £5.95 FREE delivery for orders over £100 in value. ROYAL MAIL: Royal Mail delivery charges are based on the weight of the goods purchased Example: a Socks sent by Royal Mail First Class = £1.25 Example: b 2 pairs of socks Royal Mail First Class = £1.50 FREE for orders over £100
COURIER DHL: Delivery charge for DHL is at a flat rate of £5.95 per order. FREE for orders over £100 You can view your Delivery Charges with your goods when you add them to the shopping basket.
Currently we only ship within the UK but if you wish to discuss delivery to a different location please do not hesitate to contact us.
The shipping method that you select determines the shipping time only. A 24hr service means that it will arrive 24hrs after being dispatched. At present we cannot guarantee delivery dates for internet orders.
We aim to dispatch orders on the same day as the order is placed for next day delivery but there are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be delayed . If this problem arises, Total Workwear will contact you to update you on the progress of your order.

Terms & conditions for delivery are applicable in the UK only. Total Workwear will endeavour to meet any delivery date quoted, however dates are given & intended as an estimate only. Total Workwearshall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of goods howsoever caused, nor shall it be liable for any damage, consequential loss or expense arising from failure to deliver goods by a due date.
Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be received in writing by Total Workwear within 3 days of the receipt of goods. The "Purchaser" should ensure at the time of delivery that goods are signed for as damaged or incomplete, failing which Total Workwear will not be liable in respect of any such claim & goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in a complete & satisfactory condition.
Claims for non-delivery MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO BOTH Total Workwear & THE CARRIER (Royal Mail / Parcel Force / DHL) & should be received within 14 days of ordering.
