Returns Policy

We are happy to take returns

Total Workwear operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 30 days from the date of delivery.  We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Faulty Products
If you think there is a fault with the items you have received please email us first. Please do not return faulty items until we have contacted you.

Exchanging goods. To exchange goods you must return the incorrect item by clicking on the CLICK HERE link below. Then you should reorder again from this web site as normal. Once we have received your returned items we will issue a refund for the value of the goods returned.

Items must be unworn and (in our opinion) in perfect condition and packed carefully in the original packaging.
Proof of posting should be obtained.
You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of the return postage.
Your original postage cost will not be refunded unless we have made a mistake or the goods are faulty.

If the return is due to faulty goods or an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges.
