 |  Returns PolicyWe are happy to take returns.We operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original condition within 7 days from the date of invoice. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.Items must be unworn and (in our opinion) in perfect condition and packed carefully in the original packaging. Proof of posting should be obtained. You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of the return postage. Your original postage cost will not be refunded. If the return is due to faulty goods or an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges. If the item is either faulty or damaged please contact us to arrange for a replacement: PLEASE DO NOT RETURN GOODS WITHOUT CONTACTING US FIRST. TO RETURN GOODS.1. Email and tell us what you would like to return, and why.2. We will issue a RMA number (return merchandise authourisation) which you must inlude in the parcel you return. 3. We will tell you where to send your return parcel. 4. When we receive your parcel it will be inspected and a refund will be issued and you will be notified by email (IMPORTANT: If you send it to the wrong address or return it without an RMA number there is a good chance of it getting delayed or even lost.)
