Returns Policy

We are happy to take returns

Total Workwear operate a "no-quibbles" guarantee, which means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, simply return it to us in its original packaging within 14 days (Christmas period before end of January) from the date of delivery. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item.

Exchanging goods. We are unable to send out replacement items directly due to the cost of shipping. To exchange goods you must return the incorrect item by clicking on the link at the bottom of this page. Then you should reorder again from this web site as normal.

Items must be unworn and (in our opinion) in perfect condition and packed carefully in the original packaging.

Proof of posting should be obtained.

You, the customer, are responsible for the cost of the return postage.

Your original postage cost will not be refunded.

If the return is due to faulty goods or an error we have made we will gladly refund the delivery charges.
