Fabric/Material:  Kingsmill 245g fabric guarantees high performance and maximum comfort. The material is fully pre-shrunk, has superior dye retention and all the attributes you would expect from a modern workwear fabric (65% polyester/35% Cotton)

  

Constructed using hollow fibre technology, Insulatex™ provides a lighter and warmer thermal lining. The unique fabric technology locks in the body's warmth to create a thermal barrier with the high performance material offering superior lightweight comfort to the wearer without adding bulk.

TEXPEL SOS, SPLASH, OIL and STAIN is a premium fabric finish which repels oil and liquids, causing them to bead up and roll off the fabric surface. The finish also helps realease stains in the washing process, keeping garments looking cleaner for longer.

RIS 3279 TOM Issue 1 has replaced GO/RT 3279, Railway Industry Standard (RIS) sets out the minimum specification for high visibility warning clothing in the Rail Industry. • Small:  100mm wide (approx). Usually for left or right breast on the front of garments. 
• Large:  230mm wide (approx). Usually for large areas/on the backs of garments.
• Prices are per text/logo and per position.
• Minimum Qty for caps: 12
• Embroidered logos above 20,000 stitches will incur extra fees due to the significant extra costs and time incurred to produce them. You will be contacted should this apply to your logo. Extra costs will be worked out based on each individual logo that this applies to.
• You will be advised if a garment is not suitable for printing or embroidery.

Embroidery

We offer an embroidery service to have your garments branded with stitched logos or text. This process is an extremely popular choice for high quality, visible branding onto the products of your choice. Stitching embroidery is the perfect option for office uniform, corporate clothing and general office wear. The process of stitching can however interfere with specialised garment properties, such as flame retardant and waterproofing. Printed Logos and Text

As an alternative to embroidery, we also offer high quality printed logos and text. This process will provide a sharp professional finish and is suitable for most garments.  Printed logos cannot be added to fleeces as the material will be damaged during the heat sealing process.
