DPD COURIER Should be one or two days.  (1 hour delivery time slot)  
This is a tracked service. Once your order has left us you will get an email or text message or both with tracking details. You will be given a one hour time slot for delivery so you will not have to wait in all day for your order. You will also be able to change the delivery address or day that you would like to receive your order by clicking on the email or text message
Royal Mail First Class Should be next day but not guaranteed.
This service is not tracked and delays could occur if your order gets lost.

We have no control over delivery companies once we have handed over your order and therefore delivery times are approximate.

The shipping method that you select determines the shipping method purchased from the delivery company. Once your parcel has been handed to them there is little we can do to speed things up. If you require more information please contact us.

We aim to dispatch orders on the same day as the order is placed where stock is available and depending on what time the order is placed, but there are occasions where the demand on certain products outstrips supply and in these cases delivery may be delayed . If this problem arises, Total Workwear will contact you to update you on the progress of your order.  If you require a guaranteed delivery date, please email us and we will do our best to assist you.

At present we cannot guarantee delivery dates or times for internet orders. Terms & conditions for delivery are applicable in the UK only.  Total Workwear will endeavour to meet any delivery date quoted, however dates are given & intended as an estimate only. Total Workwear shall not be held responsible for any delay in the delivery of goods howsoever caused, nor shall it be liable for any damage, consequential loss or expense arising from failure to deliver goods by a due date. Claims for shortages or damaged goods must be received in writing by Total Workwear within 3 days of the receipt of goods. The "Purchaser" should ensure at the time of delivery that goods are signed for as damaged or incomplete, failing which Total Workwear will not be liable in respect of any such claim & goods shall be deemed to have been delivered in a complete & satisfactory condition. Claims for non-delivery MUST BE MADE IN WRITING TO BOTH Total Workwear & THE CARRIER (Royal Mail / Parcel Force / DPD) & should be received within 14 days of ordering.
