Looking for a pair of work trousers.

Two lovely sweatshirts bought. We have been buying this make for years as the quality is so good  and wash really well. I ordered a couple of Ueek polo shirts, from this company after a week I had not seen any sign of the order being shipped. Contracted them they were very apologetic and the order was shipped and delivered next day by DPD.  However DPD delivered to the wrong address this was probably my fault. However Total Work wear contacted me and the address was updated, and delivery was made the following day. So a big thank you to Total Wear customer services for the prompt rectification of the address, sorry to say you loose a star for the initial delay. Nice polo shirts well made and Recommended

Bought work trousers with built-in knee pad slots, and knee pads, to carry on painting my house. As a non-professional, I never had proper work trousers before. It is a big improvement, and my knees are far less sore. I do like the trousers in terms of comfort, fit, toughness and even look. So much better than old jeans. There is a good selection and reasonable prices. I did call just to get some advice, and that worked well. Delivery was prompt; about three days in total. When purchasing online, I read it as me picking up from a DPD (I think it was DPD) drop-off place, but it was home delivery which I prefer. Will start from its website when looking for work wear in the future.

Total Workwear have been amazing.  I wanted a small order of eco hi viz vests for a green community group I am part of.  As the ones I wanted were out of stock, there had to be some back and forth about the order.  Everyone I dealt with at Total Workwear was helpful and considerate, and took my custom very seriously, even though it wasn't a large order.  I always felt I was dealing with a real person. In particular, Emma in Sales and Adam in the Branding Department took a great deal of care to get my order to me as quickly as possible, and to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted.  The next time I buy this sort of product, I wouldn't dream of going anywhere else!

Price is comparable with other retailers.

The three items I ordered for my son were a fantastic price and really good quality. Sizes were great on the trousers, although the boots were a touch big, although I think this is to be expected with work shoes and steel toe caps. The only criticism I have is that although the website said they were in stock, I had an email saying they were awaiting items so would be a delay, although I was kept updated throughout. Apart from that I would recommend this company for price and quality.

Myself and my partner were in desperate need of some uniform for a last minute event we had been put on to work first aid for. After searching amazon, eBay and every website we come across - total workwear were the only company that we found who had express delivery! We placed the order and I also sent overt an email to see if the order would arrive on time. I spoke with Emma back and forth via email and she was amazing! responded within minutes to all of my emails, answered all my questions, let me know that they were waiting on a shipment and when it came in and she even popped me an email to let me know that our order was being prepped for dispatch meaning it should arrive to us in time! Emma's customer service skills are 5*, amazing prices, plenty of sizes and choices!
will definitely be back for more uniform as and when needed - and I have also recommended to my fellow student paramedics too!

I initially sent my first email out to a few companies as it was a bit of a different request than traditional workwear so I thought I'd best be safe checking with a few just in case 1 couldn't do it etc. But you were by far the best and seemed the most happy to help. You didn't have the cheapest price compared to some but that was irrelevant to me due to how decent and well setup you are as a company, I knew what I was getting with you. Tom who dealt with my problem was totally wonderful! I was looking for old stock Castle Blue Combat trousers for my husband as the new issue from CB were unsatisfactory. Was slightly worried in using your site for the first time when ordering for my husband and son, work boots and steel toe cap wellingtons (yes, I normally get the job of "when you are out shopping can you pick us up ......"

That was always easier said than done due to their feet sizing. So I thought it great that you cater for all sizes under one roof saving petrol and sore feet.

I need not have worried -

both product and price excellent. Slight initial hiccup as site stated one of the products was in stock and it wasn't but this was rectified straight away.Throughout I have been kept informed via honest emails. I take my hat off to your sales staff -they certainly know how to keep customers happy and feel they should train some shop assistants!
